The management agreement is signed with Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center Co., LTD., a wholly state-owned enterprise directly under the zhengzhou municipal government.

Located in the rapidly developing Central Plains, the Convention and Exhibition Center is a grand and advanced venue for exhibitions and conferences. The convention and Exhibition Center is a landmark building under the prosperity of Henan Province and Zhengzhou city.
The exhibition center is designed to be highly flexible and functional, providing a world-class venue for various types of exhibitions, large-scale conferences, political and business meetings, receptions, banquets and other events. The convention and Exhibition Center is one of the earliest convention and exhibition facilities certified by ISO in China.
In 2018, the number of economic and trade exhibitions held in Zhengzhou accounted for 4.6% of the total number of exhibitions in China, ranking fourth in China, next only to Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. Meanwhile, Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center ranked 9th among the top ten exhibition halls with the highest rental rate in 2018.
